The structure is composed of the XVII century manor, where six spacious and charming rooms are located, each furnished with antique furniture and paintings; a second  building from the beginning of the XVII century where two small apartments are located on the first floor and a third XIV restored building with a two room apartment with fireplace and private garden.

Surrounded by the vast and well-kept garden with imposing trees, Casa Giulia has a large and sunny swimming pool, bordered by magnificent oleanders. From this area guests can enjoy a beautiful panorama of the Umbrian valley. This XVllth century house is an ideal location to celebrate weddings and to host reunions, gala dinners and other memorable events at any time of the year. You’ll be received by the owner, Donna Caterina, who opened the house at the end of the ‘80s, proposing a warm, charming and familiar hospitality.
