Today, Cardinalini manufactures goods on behalf of the most well-known international luxury brands. Over 100 state of the art sewing machines can operate simultaneously and produce 15,000 articles per month. A Made in Italy clothing company based in Umbria will of course also have great respect for the environment. Sunlight has therefore become the firm’s newest partner as advanced solar panels run its machinery and cover all its power requirements.

Another fundamental company characteristic is its female quota. Almost all of the firm’s highly qualified senior and junior staff are women. Mauro Cardinalini’s (company president) wife Paola Conti (vice president) and daughter Mara also work for the company. Other family members include son Marco and brother-in-law Otello Conti and wife. Second and third generation entrepreneurs work side-by-side in a family-run business that has earned itself a reputation for high quality fashion.
