The workshop Augusta Perusia islocated in an old cloister XVI century in the historical center of Perugia and here we work, between these architectural wonders, with love, passion and with respect for theancient tradition of good chocolate of Perugia. The raw materials are carefully selected and make our products inimitable. The manufacturing techniques start from the ancient recipes, which now few people remember or know. Our passion for the chocolate induces us to a daily research and experimentation to create always new flavours and new forms. A few steps from the workshop, in one of the most enchanting corners of the city of Perugia, is situated the first of our Boutique of chocolate, where art and culture are historical expressions as the majestic and evocative Etruscan Arch, the University for Foreigners and the Roman aqueduct. The second Boutique is situated in the old town centre a few steps from the most important avenue of Perugia and the third Boutique is situated in Rome near the famous San Giovanni square. The main advantage of having direct Boutique is to have always the fresh proucts prepared every single day according to needs of shops; all of products create following an handmade simple and trasparent philosophy.The quality is our starting point; the consumer and his judgment are the finishing line.
