Dolcinea Perugia confectionery specialities are produced by the Master Vinicio Chiavini and his staff. We have along tradition in the sector with artisan techniques and draw on Perugia precious chocolate tradition while making our own creative contribution. We make unique sweets, through the selection of the most precious ingredients, which express some of the Italian agri-food production excellences (honey, pistachios, almonds, hazelnuts…), associated with a pure and precious chocolate, also “National Arriba” monoorigine, able to guarantee a perfect and refined harmony of taste and quality. These concepts are perfectly reflected in the extraordinary and elegant packaging, where our confectionery creations are proposed, with images of artworks exclusively made for us. We create pralines with a soft cream heart, liquor filled chocolates, rich selections of dragees, nougats, original logs with delicious filling that we created, big traditional chocolate Easter eggs, all gracefully hand wrapped.
