Fine Chocolate Trade s.r.l. has been created in the wake of the successful Fine Chocolate Organization (FCO), a national association that assemblea more than 80 craft firms of the Chocolate Sector. Fine Chocolate Trade works with its own centre organised with a project of cooperation in Babahoyo city council, in Ecuador. Through the centre, the best Arriba National cocoa is selected according to its purity in the area. From there, the Cru mono-origin cocoa beans are imported with certified traceability. In Italy the beans are transformed and processed to make cocoa mass, grains (nibs), natural cocoa butter and four semi-processed products of very fine aromatic cocoa Arriba National, respectively at 57%, 65%, 72% and 45%,available for customers.Thanks to the full management of the supply chain and working as a buying association, Fine Chocolate Trade is ableto guarantee advantageous access conditions to a very high quality product to the best Italian and European chocolate artisans, while putting in direct relation cocoa and chocolate producers, in the respect of the principles of quality, certification and transparency.
